Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from All About the Dress. By placing an order or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. Orders and Payments

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any dress.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full when the goods arrive in store, unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed in writing with All About the Dress.

  • No goods may be taken from the store until payment has been received in full.

  • Once an order has been placed, a binding contract is formed, and you become liable for the full cost of all items ordered.

  • All sales are final. In the event of cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost of the items ordered.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • No refunds are offered on full-priced dresses.

  • We are, however, happy to exchange any full-priced dress within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale dresses. All sale items are sold as seen.

  • Payments made in store are final and may only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions as above.

4. Alterations

  • It is probable that alterations will be required to achieve the perfect fit.

  • Alteration costs are not included in the purchase price of the dress and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All About the Dress does not offer alteration services, but we can provide a list of recommended seamstresses across Northern Ireland and Ireland.

  • Any agreement for alteration work is strictly between you and the seamstress. All About the Dress accepts no responsibility or liability for any alteration work carried out by a third party.

  • No alterations can be started until the dress has been paid for in full.

5. Fit and Sizing

  • Once a dress has been ordered in a specific size, All About the Dress cannot accept responsibility for the dress no longer fitting due to weight gain, weight loss, pregnancy, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please ensure that your measurements are accurate and that any expected changes are discussed before ordering.

6. Collection of Goods

  • All dresses must be inspected upon collection.

  • Customers are required to check the condition and accuracy of their order at the time of pick-up.

  • All About the Dress cannot accept responsibility for the condition of any item after it has left our premises.

7. Sale Items

  • Sale goods are sold as seen and may include sample or display items.

  • No refunds or exchanges are available on sale goods.

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect sale items carefully prior to purchase.

8. Liability

  • While All About the Dress strives to ensure every customer is satisfied, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from alterations, fit issues, or third-party services.

  • Our liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the goods.
